 New Daily Van
 New Daily Single Cab Chassis
 New Daily Dual Cab Chassis

Introducing the new Iveco Daily with superior standards of technology, performance and comfort in the world of commercial vehicles and passenger transport, having lost none of the sturdiness, practicality and versatility of a great work tool.

It incorporates new and innovative content, while upholding its tradition as the strongest and most reliable light commercial vehicle of all. It has now become Euro 4, with more power and more torque. The styling is new but underneath remains the strength and sturdiness it has always had.

The new Daily offers three features that professionals most appreciate: the support of a "C" section long-member chassis, adaptability to the greatest number of missions and bodies, and the thrust of a powerful, elastic and economical turbodiesel engine.

Available in a stylish van, cab chassis or dual cab chassis ready to be customised with a wide range of optional features to meet all your business needs.

A New Era in Style

The style of the new Daily bears the hallmarks of one of the most famous designers in the world: Giorgetto Giugiaro. Giugiaro has been responsible for the design of some of the most prestigious sports cars ever created including the 1995 Lamboghini Cala, 1999 Bugatti EB218, 2001 Aston Martin Twenty Twenty, 2003 Masserati Kubang and the 2005 Ferrari GG50 just to name a few.

The new Daily is stamped with the famous style of the Giugiaro design and boasts harmoniuous contours marked by defining touches which make it immediately recognisable. It starts with the stylish front end, which accentuates the design adopted across the Iveco family, and notably includes the integrated bumper-grill unit, bonnet and roof. The raised bumper offers greater vehicle protection whilst the front lights, with integrated fog lights, round off its highly arresting and personalised image. Seen from the profile the new Daily also shows off its solidity and volume capacity, thanks to sleek and elegant contour.

Power & Reliability

Nothing is as strong as a Daily. Its long-member chassis ensures structual rigidity, resistance to stress and long-term durability. The new Daily has undergone a number of operations to improve its quality: from the locking system for the rear doors to the new fuel tanks raised higher off the ground, and the side door with suspended sliding system, which is not only extremely reliable but also requires less effort to open and close.

Its high performance engine and rear-wheel drive allow the new Daily to exhibit grip and power delivery in all load conditions and on all terrains.

Engine

The new Daily introduces Euro 4 engines which have been even further improved in terms of technology and performance.

  • The top-of-the-range 2.3 litre engine is now completed with a variable- geometry turbo
  • The 3.0 HPI now delivers 146 hp, with 350Nm of torque
  • The 3.0 HPT achieves no less than 176 hp with peak torque of 400Nm. This is the highest in its category and, in the case of the Daily, it comes with an extraordinary degree of elasticity
  • The torque range remains constant from 1250 to 3000 rpm: no competitor offers such a broad range of use

Space & Comfort

The Daily range has always boasted interiors based on the most advanced research into ergonomics but, again, thanks to the work of Giugiaro, the Daily has now surpassed itself.

The dashboard-mounted gear shift improves accommodation and makes it simpler to cross the cab. The handbrake lever has been made shorter while still offering the same operating load as previous models.

The cab has been entirely redesigned: the new seats are more comfortable and eveloping, and the steering wheel, door panels and dashboard are covered in a soft-feel material, with no fewer that three DIN-standard drawers.

Driving and travelling comfort is made even more pleasant by new features such as a parking sensor, and by the refrigerated compartment, and the power-locking system with remote control included in the key.

Daily AGile

The new Daily now has a new version of the AGile transmission that has set it apart from its competitors. The transmission is simpler and more pleasant to drive with its automated six-gear shift.

This is a shift that does not require the use of the clutch, and has been specially designed for use on commercial vehicles, aiding concentration and reducing fatigue at the wheel.

It can be used in either of two modes:

  • automatic, which is ideal for use in built-up areas;
  • manual, with sequential entry of the gears for those who prefer a more dynamic driving style in the more technical and demanding stretches

A display on the instrument panel clearly indicates the mode being used. Designed to recognise and adapt to all driving styles, this automated gear shift also optimises fuel consumption.

Safety & Environment

Safety has been improved in the new Daily range with the addition of optional electronic devices for stability, traction and brake control.

The Daily offers the most modern active safety systems including ABS 8 as standard and optional ASR 8 and ESP 8 which included such functions as the Hill Holder, and it is able to adapt the stability control according to load distribution in the cargo area. The brake system has also been improved, increasing the diameter of the front and rear discs, and using self-ventilating discs on the front.

The result is a braking distance of 42 meters from 100 to 0 kph for the 35S van when fully loaded, which is less than that of many cars.

Drivers front airbag is standard and passenger and curtain airbags can be optioned. The Euro 4 engines also confirm the new Daily's eco-friendly vocation.
